On a side note: Check out some Restaurants that pour Givich Vineyards

Spring/Summer 2026

With the new budding of the vines, inside the winery there’s lots of activity. Barreled wines need to be checked for vital chemical content. The wines will also be sampled and tested to ensure that the final flavors are correct. Arrangements must be made for future bottling which is complex as it involves many components; glass bottles, corks, labels and bottling agencies. All these components must be in place for a Fall bottling to be completed. If new harvests are to be initiated, then grape contracts must be created with the proper growers. No rest for the wicked.
